The First Memory Café in Hammersmith and Fulham
Starting in April 2023, the first monthly Memory Café will be open for residents in Hammersmith & Fulham.
What is Memory Café?
Memory Café held by Visiting Angels West London and Age UK Hammersmith & Fulham is a recurrent event happening every second Tuesday of the month.
Our café is a part of The Tuesday Club activities organized by Dementia Action Alliance H&F and Dementia Partnership Board H&F, which includes four different weekly gatherings for the elderly in Hammersmith & Fulham.
Why we hold Memory Café in Hammersmith and Fulham
We focus on supporting anyone affected directly or indirectly by Dementia by providing a supportive and safe place where you can decompress, socialise, and share experiences. It is the best place to find companionship and form friendships with others on a similar journey. We also welcome anyone wishing to learn from professionals and improve the quality of life for anyone affected by Dementia.
We believe that by working together, we can create a more inclusive and caring society for individuals with dementia.
