We are looking for compassionate, reliable and experienced Live-in Care Assistants, known within our team as Angels, to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.

About the role

As a Live-in Angel, you will live in the client’s home for the duration of the care package and provide support that enables them to remain safe, comfortable and independent.

Your role may include:

• Supporting with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Supporting with medication prompts or administration, where trained
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Light household duties
• Companionship and emotional support
• Supporting clients with dementia, stroke recovery, MND or other long-term conditions
• Encouraging independence, choice and dignity
• Reporting any concerns to the office team promptly
• Following the client’s care plan and company policies

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is:

• Kind, patient and genuinely caring
• Reliable and professional
• Respectful of clients’ homes, routines and choices
• Confident working independently
• Able to communicate clearly with clients, families and the office team
• Experienced in care, ideally including live-in care
• Willing to follow care plans and safeguarding procedures
• Flexible and committed to providing outstanding care

Previous experience in care is preferred. Experience supporting clients with dementia, stroke, mobility needs or complex conditions would be an advantage.

• Be able to commit to live-in care placements
