Job Purpose: As a Care Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that high-quality care services are delivered to clients effectively and efficiently. You will manage the day-to-day scheduling of caregivers, ensure continuity of care, and maintain excellent communication with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new caregivers.

Administrative Duties:

Prepare reports and documentation as required.

Liaise with the finance team regarding payroll and invoicing.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in domiciliary care.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.

Proficiency in using scheduling and care management software.

A good understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
Desirable:
