Maxine and Hollee were incredibly helpful when my mother was being discharged from hospital, clearly explaining how the service worked, the costs involved, and sending all the paperwork exactly when they said they would.
Hollee visited my mum in hospital to make sure they could meet her needs and patiently answered all our questions. It was very reassuring for my mum to know that only female carers would visit, that they would come on fixed days and times, and that she would always be introduced to any carer in advance.
Each weekly rota and invoice arrived as promised, so we always knew what to expect. My mum has had three carers and they have all been lovely — very willing to help with household tasks and, just as importantly, providing encouragement and support as she regained some independence, including managing the stairs, as well as companionship in the weeks after coming home from hospital.
Visiting Angels made what could have been a very stressful time feel manageable and straightforward, and meant my mum could return home with the care she needed. I would definitely recommend them.”
