Your Role as a Caregiver / Care Assistant / Support Worker

• Personal Care – Supporting clients with daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).

• Medication Support – Assisting with prescribed medication safely.

• Meal Preparation – Cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual needs.

• Companionship – Offering emotional support, conversation, and activities.

• Light Housekeeping – Helping to maintain a clean, safe environment.
