Home Care in Wimbledon, On Your Terms

Design Your Own Journey

  • Create your own care plan:whether you’re in Wimbledon Village, Raynes Park or Colliers Wood — you choose the support you want, when you want it.
  • Set your routines: morning tea at 8 am, afternoon walk at 2 pm — we follow your day, not ours.
  • Thorough in-home assessment:we come to you in SW19 or SW20 to understand your life before care begins.
  • Easily adjustable care:if your needs change, your care plan changes with them — whether you’re in Raynes Park, Tooting or Balham.

Choose Your Caregiver

  • Choose your caregiver:you meet and approve who comes into your Wimbledon home — no surprises or strangers at the door.
  • Keep the same familiar face:your caregiver knows your home, your habits and how you take your tea — the same trusted person every visit.
  • Personality-based matching:we pair you with someone who shares your interests, not just your postcode.
  • Simple rematching: want a change? We handle it — no awkward conversations, no disruption.

  • Wellbeing snapshots:
  • know your loved one is comfortable, hydrated and well — without having to ask.

I would like to highly recommend Visiting Angels who have been wonderful with my mother. She doesn't currently need care as such but needs help around the home and Debbie's team have a great 'can do' attitude. Mum's 'angels' are so helpful, friendly and obliging and we are very grateful for all their help.

My Mother has received excellent care from the team at Visiting Angels. Her 2 carers are reliable, kind, caring and ensure my Mum is very well looked after whilst I'm at work. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend Visiting Angels.

What an amazing company/team this is. Candice and Magda came to my rescue to help/organise carers to clean, feed, medicate, chat and care for my beautiful 90 year old mother who has dementia and a fractured shoulder. I have absolutely no problem in assuring you that your nearest and dearest will be in good hands with Visiting Angels!

Finding the right care for a loved one with Alzheimer’s is one of the hardest things a family can face — Visiting Angels made it so much easier.
When Mum’s diagnosis progressed quickly, we knew we needed support, but she’s always been resistant to new people in the home. From the very first visit, though, the team made this feel completely manageable.
Candice came for the initial assessment and immediately put us at ease — warm, solution-focused, and genuinely understanding of how sensitive the situation was. She matched Mum with two wonderful carers, Ann and Mary, and the fit has been perfect. They play games, take her for short walks, stop for coffee and ice cream (two of her absolute favourites!), and keep her engaged and stimulated throughout every visit. The most telling sign? Mum thinks they’re friends, not carers.
Consistency has made a real difference — having the same two familiar faces on designated days means Mum feels comfortable and secure. Candice is also wonderfully responsive whenever we have feedback or questions.
If you’re navigating care for a parent with dementia, I can’t recommend Visiting Angels highly enough. They’ve brought real joy into Mum’s days, and peace of mind to ours. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Visiting Angels have provided a wonderful visiting carer for my elderly friend who has recently been diagnosed with Alzeimers. The 'Angel' is so considerate, caring and reliable. I would certainly recommend Visiting Angels to anyone looking for someone to care for their loved one.
We have used Visiting Angels for the past three weeks and recommend them. My mother needs complex care following a fracture and given her late stage dementia. The carers from Visiting Angels all seem very kind and experienced and very knowledgable about dementia needs. Magda Zieba is our care manager and has been very helpful and constructive with her advice and implementation.

My mother in law who is 101 years old, still lives in her own home and needed some help every day. I came across Visiting Angels and since the day I contacted them i have been impressed with their professionalism, pragmatism, helpfulness and understanding. At times when my mother in law and i have been

at odds with her needs, Visiting Angels have dealt with this in such a helpful manner. We have frequently chopped and changed the amount of hours of care required, which has not fazed Visiting Angels and they have always provided as requested.
They are quick to contact me if they see an issue and help to resolve if needs be.
Most importantly, the care is excellent and I highly recommend them.

Visiting Angels Are lovely to work with. You always get an immediate response and they are extremely flexible and helpful. Things don’t always go according to plan with the elderly, but they are always ready to help or to make accommodations and never complain about short-notice changes of arrangements. They have made what has been a very stressful time for the family easier. Highly recommend

How much does home care cost in Wimbledon?

We understand cost is one of the first things families in Wimbledon want to know. Every care plan is tailored to your loved one’s needs, so pricing depends on the level of support required. What we can promise is complete transparency — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. We’ll walk you through everything at your free home assessment in SW19 or SW20.

What we can promise is high-quality support at fair, transparent prices. You’ll only pay for the care you need, and we’ll work with you to create a plan that suits both your loved one and your budget.

We cover all of Wimbledon and the surrounding areas including SW19, SW20, Raynes Park, Colliers Wood, South Wimbledon, Wimbledon Village, Wimbledon Chase, Tooting, Balham, Mitcham and Earlsfield. Not sure if we cover your street? Call us and we’ll confirm straight away.

Faster than most people expect. Once we’ve visited you at home in Wimbledon for your free assessment, we can have care in place within 24 hours. If your situation is urgent — perhaps following a hospital discharge or a sudden change in health — tell us and we’ll do everything possible to move quickly.

Yes — and this is what makes us different from most agencies in Wimbledon. You meet your caregiver before care begins. You approve them. And if you ever want a change, you just ask — no awkward conversations, no disruption. The same familiar face arrives at your door every visit, someone who knows your routines, your preferences and how you take your tea.

Hourly care means a caregiver visits you at set times throughout the day — perfect for help with mornings, meals, medication or companionship. Live-in care means a dedicated caregiver stays in your Wimbledon home around the clock, providing continuous support and complete peace of mind for your family. We’ll help you decide which is right during your free assessment.
