The Church of King Charles the Martyr Presents the Tunbridge Wells Christmas Tree Festival, sponsored by Visiting Angels

The Christmas season is set to shine brightly as King Charles the Martyr proudly hosts its fourth Christmas Tree Festival, taking place from 11th to 14th December 2025 at the church of King Charles the Martyr, London Road, Tunbridge Wells, TN2 1DH.
This beloved community event invites families, friends, and visitors to experience the magic of Christmas amongst beautifully decorated trees bringing a feeling of joy and hope to all.
This year’s festival will feature 28 uniquely decorated Christmas trees, each designed by local businesses, charities, schools, and community groups. Visitors can walk through displays, bid on trees by silent auction (decorations included), listen to festive music and enjoy refreshments, with all proceeds supporting charities chosen by the tree decorators.
Highlights include:
• Free entry: all donations will go to charity
• Tree auction: bid for your favourite tree with its decorations included
• Festive music
• A Tree of Light will stay up until the new year. It will serve as a beacon of hope for those who find Christmas a difficult time of year and as a symbol of reflection for those who have lost loved ones to suicide
• A Prayer Tree: write your hopes and prayers on our stars
• A large cut out paper-angel display strung across the church
• Seasonal refreshments
• Wassail and Wine on Thursday 11th December 6.30pm-7.30pm
• Christmas Fair on Saturday 13th December 11am-3pm
“Thanks to the generous sponsorship of Visting Angels, we’re thrilled to be putting on our biggest ever Christmas tree festival, offering free festive cheer to the local community” said festival organiser, Alexandra Douglas.
Admission is free. All proceeds from visitor donations will benefit a variety of local charities.
