There are rotating sessions include Singing for the Brain sessions, Banduanjin (Qigong) gentle dementia-friendly mind-body exercises to improve wellbeing, reminiscence sessions and relevant informative talks.

The Dementia Station is every Tuesday, 11am-12noon at Age UK Hounslow’s Southville Community Centre in Bedfont. Forget-me-not Fridays are every Friday, 10.30am-11.30am in Bristol Court, Feltham.
