What is Carer Centricity?-

Carer Centricity is putting Carers first. Carers are the most important people in the Sector; therefore, we show them genuine compassion. We strive to create a culture of support as well as showing love and appreciation to our carers.

As we have discussed in our previous Blogs, one of our core values is Family- We support our team when they are working and reward them for the joy that they deliver. We laugh together, share stories and listen. Our home carers are more than a team, they are more significant, they are much more like family. This is because we treat our carers like family, we get them cards and gifts on their birthdays, and even allow them to have their birthday off work without it using up their holidays.

We celebrate their milestones and shout their praise to the world whenever they receive a compliment from a client or a client’s family.

Our Organisational Chart-

As previously stated Carers are the most important people in the sector, without them being at the forefront of care, we would not be able to provide the services needed by those who need care the most.

Below is a Traditional Hierarchal Organisational Chart:

However, this is our Organisational Chart:

We aren’t a traditional organisation, we believe the carers are the most important, we are there to support and prioritise them, without them we wouldn’t function as the service we are today.

By being their support they are able to deliver care to the best of their ability, and this is what makes our service so well praised by clients and families. We support our carers through the good and the bad times, we are always there if they need a shoulder to cry on or they want to share something amazing that they have done.

If we don’t care for those providing care, who else will?
