At Visiting Angels North Hertfordshire, we are looking for caring, reliable people to join us in a part-time role supporting adults in their own homes. Pay: £13.25–£19.88 per hour
Mileage: 35p per mile

What you’ll be doing:
As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they love most — their own home. Your visits may include:

• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care and daily routines
• Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks
• Providing medication prompts
• Supporting with shopping, errands, or local outings

You will never be rushed — our minimum 1-hour visits allow you to give thoughtful, meaningful support and build genuine relationships.

What we need from you:

• A driver with a reliable car
• Eligibility to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
• A caring, dependable and compassionate nature
• No previous experience required — full training is provided
• Availability for part-time hours, with flexibility to suit your schedule

This role is ideal for someone looking to make a real difference while balancing work with other commitments. Many of our carers come from different backgrounds but share the same warm-hearted approach to care.
