Linzi at Visiting Angels Leeds & Wakefield was so reassuring and made everything feel relaxed rather than overly formal, which really helped. The carer introduced to my husband has been brilliant, so patient and supportive, and they’ve really hit it off. My husband actually looks forward to the visits now and has even been back out on his mobility scooter.
It’s also given me a little break too haha. Julia was really helpful with advice about mobility aids and discounts available through their partnership. Very pleased with the service.
