Quality Home Care in
Leeds & Wakefield
Welcome to Visiting Angels Leeds & Wakefield. As local residents of area, we are delighted to offer a premium home care service to the local clients in the community.
We provide a range of care, from companionship, social care and home help. Our aim is to support people to continue to stay in the comfort of their own home.
We focus on including caregivers from your local area, so they easily become part of your community. This helps our caregivers understand your specific neighbourhood, and it also allows us to offer our services well, even in faraway places.
An essential part of our service is to give you a choice of caregiver matched to your own specific care needs, hobbies, pastimes and interests. We introduce you to our matched Caregiver before home care starts, so that you can get to know them and decide if they are the right fit for you. It is important that long-term relationships are built so that you trust the Angels that you invite into your homes and enjoy being in their company.

Meet the Team
Jagdeep Dhaliwal – Managing Director

I have a deep commitment to serving my community, and beyond. With a compassionate approach, my focus is to provide opportunities and an environment for others, so they are able to flourish. Having been born and brought up in Leeds and Wakefield, it is a privilege to be providing care in my hometown area.
I grew up around care in the family business and began as a carer. I then spent over 20 wonderful years in education as a secondary teacher and senior leader. I am passionate about empowering others through continuing professional development and went on to train and coach senior leaders. I now run our family care home. My own values are rooted in principles of service and contributing towards a more equitable society where everyone can thrive. This means improving the lives of all staff, caregivers, clients and their families.
I am therefore proud to be part of the Visiting Angels family where we strive to deliver the very best compassionate, holistic, person-centred care with our team of dedicated, empathetic and skilled caregivers. Equally, as important to us is promoting a cultural shift that truly recognises and values all who work in and around care. Listening and creating meaningful relationships is at the heart of what we do. I would like to thank you for considering us in such an important role and we hope we can help your loved one to continue to live at home whilst giving you peace of mind.
Klaire Kershaw -Registered Manager

I started working in care at the age of 17 and spent many years working as a care assistant, I then worked up to a supervisor, care coordinator, deputy manager and a registered manager.
I joined Visiting Angels because I believe that care givers are often misled, over worked and under appreciated, but here at Visiting Angels we believe that care givers are the most important people and they need to be rewarded for their hard work, dedication and their delivery of high quality care.
I am committed to upholding the high standards of care that Visiting Angels is known for and I look forward to working collaboratively with my talented colleagues to continue delivering exceptional services.
“Thank for literally being “visiting angels” to dad. Without you his life would not have that magic touch you brought to him. You will be treasured for your work.”
“I want to thank you for sending me such a wonderful Angel to help me during my recuperation. I always felt safe and comfortable when she was here.”
