Mum was delighted with the visit on Thursday, so enthused and so complimentary regarding Hira, she was described as lovely and delightful and the goodbye peck on the cheek was a definite high point for her. Mum is still quite shrewd with regards to being able to read people and she knows if what she experiences is genuine or not, she was clearly convinced. The support you and your wonderful colleagues are providing is definitely having a significant positive effect on her current life experience which flows out to our entire family.

Over the years it has been difficult to find a genuinely good care company but I believe I have found that here.
With many previous companies, I have been through a lot, having to deal with being treated badly by staff and management alike and I would feel intimidated by people who are supposed to be caregivers.
Here though, I feel already, after a few weeks, that this is a good care company, with a manager who is a kind, friendly person – someone I respect, who looks after her staff as well as she does her clients.
My two carers have been polite, patient, understanding, hard-working, respectful and sincerely caring.
It is evident that they enjoy their jobs and, in fact, want to be in my home, looking after and getting to know me whilst helping me to live the best way that I can.
After years of struggling with depression and severe social anxiety etc. I have found a safe place, finally, with this company and I’m actually flourishing.

It’s very good, excellent. My carer is nice to talk to and very polite and respectful, she puts a smile on my face and will do anything that needs doing. Nice to have someone checking on me, makes me feel safe.

Great service and management, the company was really quick to respond to care requests and arrange support for my son who has Down’s Syndrome and Autism.

All the people I have met have been very pleasant and Mum seems so much better in herself, is eating better and is happier. We appreciate being kept informed of any changes in Mum or the environment. The angels are going to start taking Mum to her appointments as well which is a great help!

Very good, polite, helpful, respectful. I don’t know what I would do without them. I certainly wouldn’t be able to manage my eye drops, medication and food and drink. Our last provider stopped trading suddenly and Visiting Angels stepped in with very short notice to ensure I wasn’t left without care. The manager comes out to do calls so that she can get to know us and the care we need.

It has been a seamless transition working with Visiting Angels. Invaluable service, treated with respect and dignity at all times. Feels like a member of the family.
