Our Memory Café with Singing for the Brain and Qigong in Hounslow
We focus on supporting anyone affected directly or indirectly by dementia by providing a supportive and safe place to enjoy singing, participate in gentle exercise and share experiences. It is safe space to find companionship and form friendships with others on a similar journey.
We also welcome anyone wishing to learn from professionals and improve the quality of life for anyone affected by dementia.
Singing for the Brain – bringing people affected by dementia together to sing a variety of songs you know and love, in a fun and friendly environment.
Ba Duan Jin (Qigong) – simple dementia-friendly mind-body exercise form using meditation, breathing and movement.
