We are proud to be a carer-centric homecare provider, meaning we value and support our care team just as much as the clients we support.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for compassionate, reliable and experienced Live-in Care Assistants, known within our team as Angels, to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.<\/p>\n<h3>About the role<\/h3>\n<p>As a Live-in Angel, you will live in the client&#8217;s home for the duration of the care package and provide support that enables them to remain safe, comfortable and independent.<\/p>\n<p>Your role may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with mobility and transfers<\/li>\n<li>Supporting with medication prompts or administration, where trained<\/li>\n<li>Preparing meals and drinks<\/li>\n<li>Light household duties<\/li>\n<li>Companionship and emotional support<\/li>\n<li>Supporting clients with dementia, stroke recovery, MND or other long-term conditions<\/li>\n<li>Encouraging independence, choice and dignity<\/li>\n<li>Reporting any concerns to the office team promptly<\/li>\n<li>Following the client&#8217;s care plan and company policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What we are looking for<\/h3>\n<p>We are looking for someone who is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kind, patient and genuinely caring<\/li>\n<li>Reliable and professional<\/li>\n<li>Respectful of clients&#8217; homes, routines and choices<\/li>\n<li>Confident working independently<\/li>\n<li>Able to communicate clearly with clients, families and the office team<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in care, ideally including live-in care<\/li>\n<li>Willing to follow care plans and safeguarding procedures<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and committed to providing outstanding care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Previous experience in care is preferred.
