This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.<\/li>\n<li>Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Utilise Salesforce software for managing client relationships, tracking sales activities, and reporting on progress.<\/li>\n<li>Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and establish connections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using Hubspot or similar CRM software is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are passionate about driving business success and have the skills we are looking for, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Partnership Manager to join our team.
