Ranjit Khunti – Managing Director

I come from a background in manufacturing, managing over 80 staff. At the age of 14, I started working alongside my father, learning all aspects of his business. I went on to become his successor and built the business further. I have often thought about what other opportunities are out there. I wanted to have a business that would make a difference to others as well as a legacy for my children for when they are grown.

Home care is a rewarding sector that I can enjoy while also gaining satisfaction from helping people regain their independence. Visiting Angels resonates with me as it puts its people at the heart of the operation, something I have always strongly believed in and followed.
