    Essential live-in role requirements

    Do you currently have the legal right to work in the UK and can you provide the required evidence before employment begins?

    Do you have a full driving licence valid for use in the UK and reliable access to your own vehicle?

    Can you travel reliably to and from live-in placements?

    Are you comfortable living in a client’s home throughout an agreed placement, while respecting their home, routines and privacy?

    Are you willing and able to provide respectful personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting, following training and the client’s care plan?

    Some placements include sleeping nights, with agreed rest arrangements and occasional assistance if a client needs help overnight. Are you comfortable with this?

    If you use a vehicle for work, would you have appropriate business-use insurance before starting?

    Are you willing to complete satisfactory references, identity and right-to-work checks, and the appropriate DBS process?
