Home Care in Lincolnshire
Welcome to Visiting Angels Lincolnshire. We are delighted to offer a premium home care services across Grantham, Newark-on-Trent, Melton Mowbray, Bourne, and nearby villages.
We provide a range of care, from companionship, to social care. Our aim is to support people to continue to stay in the comfort of their own home.
We focus on including caregivers from your local area, so they easily become part of your community. This helps our caregivers understand your specific neighbourhood, and it also allows us to offer our services well, even in faraway places.
An essential part of our service is to give you a choice of caregiver matched to your own specific care needs, hobbies, pastimes and interests. We introduce you to our matched Caregiver before home care starts, so that you can get to know them and decide if they are the right fit for you. It is important that long-term relationships are built so that you trust the Angels that you invite into your homes and enjoy being in their company.

Meet the Team
Hena Zainab -Director

Hena is a devoted mother of two young children, aged 3 and 6, with a solid professional background in financial and client management. While she has excelled in her career, her most meaningful experience came from a deeply personal journey caring for her beloved grandmother (Nan), who was bedridden for several years due to complex health and mobility issues.
Hena took full responsibility for her Nan’s daily needs, including personal care, meals, bathing, dressing, medication management, and hospital visits. Their relationship was built on deep trust and mutual respect. Her Nan felt completely at ease, which allowed Hena to provide the most intimate aspects of care without discomfort or awkwardness. It was through this experience that Hena realised how powerful and essential a caregiver’s role can be when carried out with empathy, dignity, and a true personal connection.
She strongly believes that a carer entering someone’s home is stepping into their private space and should approach that role with compassion and respect, just as a family member would. In today’s busy world, where loved ones often can’t provide care themselves, Hena felt there was a need for a service that upheld these same family values.
This led her to start Visiting Angels Lincolnshire, a care service built on trust, compassion, and relationship-led support, because everyone deserves to be cared for like family.
“I want to thank you for sending me such a wonderful Angel to help me during my recuperation. I always felt safe and comfortable when she was here.”
“Thank for literally being “visiting angels” to dad. Without you his life would not have that magic touch you brought to him. You will be treasured for your work.”
