Job Description:
- We are looking for people in the Wilmslow area to join our team of Caregivers. We have full and part time vacancies available.
- Your role will be to support clients within their own homes with tasks such as: Personal care, Medication Management, Moving & Handling, Companion & Social Care, Palliative Care, Post-hospital stay care and Complex care.

Requirements:
- We would need 2 character references and 2 personal references where possible. Experience in care isn’t required as full training in all areas is provided. After we receive your references we will contact the referees to check the information you have provided.
