We have been busy training our new starters this week. Sounds obvious? We were shocked to speak to candidates last week who have been ‘let loose’ by other agencies to look after clients with no training at all. We are passionate about training, and we are lucky to have Donna who has been a Senior Training and Development Manager for a previous employer. All our Angels receive face to face Academy training in our state of the art training room here on Wood Street. Sitting behind a computer screen can never replicate real life ‘hands on’ experience, and we have fun doing it too!
