So you need home care for a member of your family, of course you want the very best, but how do you find it, here’s the inside info you’ll need from our own recent first hand experience.
You can relax now you’ve found Visiting Angels, aptly named, they are who you’ve been looking for. The VA Angels looked after my mother, four visits a day, for her final eight months she was bed bound, had very particular needs including drug administration, in all that time she never suffered a single sore, she, like my wife and I thought the Angels were fabulous, I could list all the names of all the wonderful people we met. From the first day Donna said they would deliver outstanding levels of care, and they most certainly did, to Bea who is still in contact with us. Mum loved and trusted all the ladies, the wonderful carers who treated her with kindness, compassion and humour. There was laughter in her room even on difficult days. This truly outstanding level of care was delivered by ALL concerned.
