Home Care in Central Hampshire
Welcome to Visiting Angels Central Hampshire. As local residents of Hampshire, we are delighted to offer a premium home care service to the people in our local area.
We provide a range of care, from companionship, to social care. Our aim is to support people to continue to stay in the comfort of their own home.
We focus on including caregivers from your local area, so they easily become part of your community. This helps our caregivers understand your specific neighbourhood, and it also allows us to offer our services well, even in faraway places.
An essential part of our service is to give you a choice of caregiver matched to your own specific care needs, hobbies, pastimes and interests. We introduce you to our matched Caregiver before home care starts, so that you can get to know them and decide if they are the right fit for you. It is important that long-term relationships are built so that you trust the Angels that you invite into your homes and enjoy being in their company.
Areas Covered
Our caregivers are able to support you in the following areas:
- Winchester
- Salisbury
- Amesbury
- Andover and surrounding towns and small villages.

Meet the Team
Felicia Konduah – Managing Director

An abroad trained nurse who have worked in the NHS for over 15 years and a former ward sister on a 27 bedded trauma and orthopaedic ward I have first-hand experience in the care of the elderly and the disabled. During my nursing career I have seen the struggle patients face when they are ready to leave the hospital but find it challenging to adapt back home due to the lack of care services in the community.
I am very passionate, caring and trustworthy. I care for my client’s/ patients with much compassion and has always weighed on my mind what I could do to support the elderly and the disabled in the community. When my cousin suggested starting my own in-home care service during a conversation it dawn on me this is the opportunity, I have been looking forward to giving something back to the community. At Visiting Angels, I have found a platform where I can leverage my expertise to make a tangible difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
I have always had my” ETHOs” to care for my patients/ clients as I would for my own family members. With the guiding principles of trust, accountability and dedication the team at Visiting Angels Central Hampshire are going to be with our clients and their families every step of their journey.
With Visiting Angels carer-centric approach combined with my” MUMs” care I aim to create an environment where our carers can care more, clients can live better in their own home environment and families can feel assured their loved ones are in good hands.
“As someone who have dedicated my life to caring for good half of my years, I understand the focus on carers’ needs and concerns, and is incredibly important to me, I want to give my carers the recognition they deserve, support and empower them to achieve their highest potential, for the essential role they play in our community.

Deanne Ingram – Registered Manager

I am extremely excited and privileged to be joining the Visiting Angels Central Hampshire branch. I bring 35 years’ experience within health and social care and within that time I have had differing roles giving me first-hand experience what most members of staff deal on a daily basis
I have a deep passion for the people receiving our care, the standards they receive and the care givers that deliver the care.
I am a big believer in the care giver being the foundations of any company – you need to ensure that any foundation is solid, or else everything or everyone will fall, if not. To have a great foundation the care givers need to be trained well, supported always and respected – the care giver is the most significant person.
Over my career learnt from some amazing people who have taught me some very high standards, and I am so pleased to find a company with the same ethos as myself. I am now looking forward to exciting times ahead working with the best team within the health and social care sector and work together to improve, enhance their quality of life for our clients and their loved ones
“I want to thank you for sending me such a wonderful Angel to help me during my recuperation. I always felt safe and comfortable when she was here.”
“Thank for literally being “visiting angels” to dad. Without you his life would not have that magic touch you brought to him. You will be treasured for your work.”
