Dan’s journey into home care began with a deeply personal experience—one that highlighted the challenges of inconsistent and unreliable care.

His family faced challenges finding reliable home care, revealing a gap in the industry. This inspired him to launch Visiting Angels UK—a caregiver-first organisation. By truly supporting and valuing caregivers, we ensure they deliver consistent, compassionate care, creating a better experience for both clients and those who care for them.

Bella Hallam
Head of Franchising

Bella’s career in care started at the age of 18 as a Care Giver. Having grown up in the industry she gained extensive experience in care delivery & care management.

At Visiting Angels, Bella specialises in the coaching and development of our Franchisees to establish and develop successful businesses. From very early on in her career, Bella recognised the need for change in the sector and made it her mission to be able to influence that.

Operations Director

With a background in physiotherapy and a Master’s in Healthcare Management, Upender leads operational strategy at Visiting Angels Northern Ireland.

Passionate about the carer-centric approach, he focuses on empowering teams and delivering compassionate, personalised home care — ensuring clients receive dignified support and genuine human connection in the comfort of their own homes.

Finance Director

Parvesh brings strong financial expertise, shaped by years of experience in global finance and business roles.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Dublin Business School. He leads with transparency and accountability, ensuring sustainable growth while supporting a care model that empowers both clients and carers across Northern Ireland.
